Enjoying Caramelised Pork-Eggs Now!

A very short post for whom enjoy cooking Caramelised Pork-Eggs – Let’s do it now!

Marinate the pork

2 pounds pork shoulder, cubed into 2 inch pieces 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

3 tablespoons fish sauce

1 tablespoon minced ginger

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon minced red onions

Assemble the dish

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon chopped ginger

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

1 tablespoon chopped red onions

1- 12 ounce can Coco Rico

2 cups water 3 tablespoons sugar

8 boiled eggs, peeled

¼ cup chopped green onions 1 tablespoon thick dark soy sauce (optional)

Steamed rice.
